This cloth reminds me of coral seas and turtles - hence the name Tortuga. Those shades of blue really transport me to tropical beaches with the pale aqua, royal blue and a bit of sand yellow thrown in for good luck. The pattern is made up of individual ovals which together look like fluid waves of colour. Give me some sunnies and I'll be on that beach!!

Tortuga is a linen/viscose mix so it combines the breathability and structure of linen with the fluid drape of viscose. This would work really well for blouses, dresses, skirts, and trousers that would benefit from a little swish.

We sell our fabric by the half metre – PRICES SHOWN ARE PER HALF METRE.  If you would like a metre then add ‘2’ in the quantity box. For example:

  • 0.5m    = 1
  • 1m       = 2
  • 1.5m    = 3
  • 2m       = 4
  • 2.5m    = 5
  • 3m       = 6

And so on… All orders will be cut in continuous lengths, unless you ask otherwise.
