Bornella Fabrics are thrilled to announce that we're sponsoring #SewFrugal23 and there is a £25 store voucher up for grabs.

For those new to #SewFrugal23, this fantastic challenge makes the most of what we already have or can get hold of for free. The concept is simple: lots of pattern companies and sewing individuals have free patterns available, and in the month of March we are challenged to make a garment from a free pattern. (In previous years, this challenge has been known as #frugalfrocks however it has been expanded to include any garment, not just dresses.) The process is simple:

1) Choose a free garment pattern.

2) Choose fabric from your stash.

3) Make a garment in the month of March.

4) Reveal your garment on Instagram on the 31st March to be in with the chance to win a prize.

Be sure to follow the challenge hosts @frugalisama and @theyorkshiresewgirl on Instagram for the full schedule of events and a heap of resources throughout March. There are loads of sewing vloggers and bloggers who will be taking part and providing some brilliant content throughout the month too.
