High Country Cotton Sateen - Karina+Kind
Patchwork without the effort! This wonderful print is an eclectic mix of kitsch and retro rural vignettes. The coordinating squares include motifs of flowers, hearts, mountains, birds, hot air balloons, suns, stripes, dots, apples... you name it! It's a lovely bright colour palette all against a cream coloured background. The squares are approximately 7.5cm across.
This fabric is a fantastic quality lightweight cotton sateen. The weave of the cloth means the fabric has a beautiful lustre and will catch the light, but it isn't shiny (like a satin). It is ideal for dressmaking - garments like shirts, tops, skirts and dresses would be perfect.
Karina+Kind is a female-owned and run Australian brand, run by Karina Peatey. Her fabrics are known for their bright, happy prints with a nod to collage, and are environmentally conscious.

We sell our fabric by the half metre – PRICES SHOWN ARE PER HALF METRE. If you would like a metre then add ‘2’ in the quantity box. For example:
- 0.5m = 1
- 1m = 2
- 1.5m = 3
- 2m = 4
- 2.5m = 5
- 3m = 6
And so on… All orders will be cut in continuous lengths, unless you ask otherwise.
