The first time I touched tencel denim chambray I was so surprised. It is sooooo much softer than a cotton denim and has a more fluid drape - it is a really special cloth. This is a 4.3oz denim, chambray weight, so great for lightweight garments and summer dressmaking, in a classic indigo denim shade.

This would be absolutely perfect for denim shirts, lightweight denim dresses, floaty denim skirts, summer trousers and shorts. It's a super versatile cloth. Take advantage of our swatch service if you want to see a sample for yourself.

 

This fabric is 100% tencel, meaning it is better for the environment than standard viscose. Tencel™ fibres are derived from responsibly managed forests and are certified to come from sustainable sources.

We sell our fabric by the half metre – PRICES SHOWN ARE PER HALF METRE.  If you would like a metre then add ‘2’ in the quantity box. For example:

  • 0.5m    = 1
  • 1m       = 2
  • 1.5m    = 3
  • 2m       = 4
  • 2.5m    = 5
  • 3m       = 6

And so on… All orders will be cut in continuous lengths, unless you ask otherwise.
