Gütermann Topstitch Thread 30m rPet (Recycled Polyester)
- Suitable for machine-sewing and hand-sewing.
- Made from 100% recycled polyester from PET bottles.
- Non-fade and colourfast.
- Topstitch thread is thicker (than general purpose Sew-All thread) to allow for the stitches to have clear definition with a round cross-section.
- Perfect for top stitching seams and decorative stitches
- Can be used for manual or hand-sewn buttonholes
- Recommended for medium to heavyweight fabrics, including as denim, canvas, woven fabrics as well as other materials.
- Recommended needle: Topstitch needle or Universal Needle size 100-120.

If you're using Topstitch thread with a sewing machine, you will need to use regular (Sew-All) thread in the bobbin. It's highly recommended to use a specific Top Stitch needle which is designed for thicker threads. (Trust me - as someone who has made the mistakes for you, the right needle makes all the difference!)
The spools used for this all purpose thread can also be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. Perfect for all environmentally conscious sewing enthusiasts.
