Schmetz Jersey Sewing Machine Needles

• Suitable for home sewing machines
• Great quality jersey needle, specially designed for sewing knit fabrics (jersey, rib knit, french terry, sweatshirting etc).
• Jersey needles have a medium ball point so it displaces the loops in the fabric, rather than piercing through them and causing damage to the fabric. 
  
• Recommended thread: all-purpose thread, such as Gütermann Sew-All rPet thread
• These needles come in a pack of 5 and are handily colour-coded so you know which needle you are using (without resorting to squinting at the printed shank). This is a mixed pack of sizes:
  • 2 x size '70' - for lightweight fabrics
  • 2 x size '80' - for lightweight to mid-weight fabrics
  • 1 x size '90' - for mid-weight fabrics
