Vilene Iron-On Interfacing (F220) is an ideal interfacing for dressmaking projects. It is designed to provide extra stability to light / medium-weight fabrics in areas that need it, such as collars, cuffs, waistbands and more.

The interfacing is easy to iron on and washable up to 60°c.

Made from 100% recycled polyester.

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified.


Instructions for use:

- The interfacing has two sides - the glue side which feels slightly rougher, and the right side which is smooth.

- Place interfacing glue side down, on top of the fabric you wish to bond it to.

- Cover with a damp cloth and iron section by section for 12 seconds. Do not push the iron.

- After ironing, lie the piece flat to cool down for 30 minutes to allow the bond to stabilise. 

 

We sell our fabric by the half metre – PRICES SHOWN ARE PER HALF METRE.  If you would like a metre then add ‘2’ in the quantity box. For example:

  • 0.5m    = 1
  • 1m       = 2
  • 1.5m    = 3
  • 2m       = 4
  • 2.5m    = 5
  • 3m       = 6

And so on… All orders will be cut in continuous lengths, unless you ask otherwise.
